By creating an account, starting a trial, submitting a form, or using MyNurseQuest, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding agreement under applicable law and must provide accurate account information. If you use MyNurseQuest on behalf of a school or organization, you represent that you have authority to do so.
Accounts
You are responsible for your login credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
Subscription, Trial, Billing, and Cancellation
The Student Plan starts with a 7-day free trial, then {PRICE} {BILLING}. Cancel anytime. If a payment method is required for signup, billing begins after the trial unless you cancel before the trial ends. If no payment method is required, paid access may require checkout after the trial.
Acceptable Use
You may not misuse MyNurseQuest, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful or infringing content, share content you do not have rights to use, or use the platform to provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or emergency services.
Instructor Terms
Instructors are responsible for maintaining accurate qualifications, complying with applicable licensing and professional obligations, setting their own tutoring rates where supported, and providing educational support within the scope of their credentials.
